My story

I was born in Czechoslovakia. I moved to Vancouver in Canada in 2010. I had to start from zero, learn a new language and a new way of living. At that time, my mom died of stomach cancer and that’s when my life has turned upside down. I needed to know why it happened to her. I didn’t understand at all. So I started studying and researching physical and mental health. I have discovered another world of healing, peace, mindfulness, resilience, and happiness. I started to live what I have learned which completely transformed my life.

I started to see myself, my mind, body, and heart in a completely different way which made it easy for me to quit all my addictions like alcohol, drugs, porn, unhealthy food, video games, but mainly addiction to my own emotions. To my surprise, I have realized that the majority of our health issues come from within ourselves and the resistance we hold against the events occurring in our life. I connected with an amazing community of scientists and spiritual people who taught me that if we truly want, our life can become a place of miracles and happiness. I became stronger, happier, healthier, and more successful. I was blown away by the results. I changed my career and got certified as a coach. I started helping people and teaching them how to transform their lives too so they can be happier and more successful.

I have made a promise to myself that I will help as many people as I can to honour my mom’s death. I simply don’t want anyone else to see their loved ones pass away as early as I did. I have dedicated myself to sharing and teaching the tools and knowledge which have the power to create the space for new possibilities.

My amazing girlfriend Michaela and I have created the Milimar Center for you to find clarity and peace of mind, an abundance of health, authentic relationships, and to help you see happiness in every little moment of your life.

My coaching is designed in a way to not only help you reach your goal but also to enjoy the process itself - that’s the whole point, isn’t it? 🙂
